Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service below:

  • -NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN SENT AND YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED A SKETCH

  • - You have the choice of either 100% Payment before I begin a commission, or 50/50 and I provide the sketch before receiving the other 50%.

  • -Please have all references ready and properly fill out the commission form before requesting a commission. The more references provided and descriptive you are, the more high quality your commission will turn out~

  • -Before I begin coloring, all commissioners will receive a sketch WIP. You can request up to 3 changes to the sketch before either having to choose one of the sketches provided, or paying extra for more changes.

  • -Payments are done through Paypal invoicing only (unless you have already paid through another site like Ko-Fi).

  • -All payments must be made before I start the artwork. If I do not receive the payment, I will not continue coloring your commission.

  • -Changes will not be made after the coloring phase, unless there is a mistake made on my part.

  • -You are allowed to share/repost the art on other social medias as long as credit is given to me for the art piece. You can credit me by linking to my twitter @NikkiKaji.

  • -You are allowed to color lineart commissions, but please credit me if you do.

  • -Please do not ask me to pick from a list of characters to draw from. Choosing specific characters for me to draw is better than me picking at random.

  • -You are allowed to ask for updates on a commission, but please do not rush me. After finishing the sketch, commissions generally take up to a week to finish, depending on how busy I am.

  • Commercial Use: +100%

  • Flat/Gradient Backgrounds: Free

  • Complex Backgrounds: +$20-50 depending on complexity. (Interiors with lots of items tend to cost more)

  • NSFW/18+ Artworks: +$10

Twitch-related

EMOTES

  • Commercial Use: $10 Per Emote

  • Comes with all necessary sizes to use on Twitch + Full Res file (448x448, 112x112, 56x56, 28x28)

  • Rush orders (1-2 delivery day time per emote) costs an additional $5

  • Please inquire beforehand about animated emotes.
